Oldtimer Howard DGA-15P N65046 (731) was cancelled from the US Register as sold to Brazil on 28 March 2012. Almost exactly two years later it has been registered as PR-ZDK which had been reserved since December 2012 to an unidentified aircraft.
The aircraft was built as a NH-1 Nightingale for the US Navy, where it flew with Buno 29406 .
Strictly, the name "Nightingale" was applied to Howard ambulance versions, USN GH-2. Numerous interior and equipment changes, but the same basic airframe.
