This Bell OH58C is being sold as scrap. Devoid of any markings apart from the Kansas Highway Patrol logo, it fortunately has been identified from its plate as N700HP c/n 40518 thanks to an astute photographer. The FAA oddly cancelled the registration on 28.10.14 as not taken up, and the last activity recorded was 02.04.14 as from US Government to Bryan County Sheriff Dpt of Narcotics which is located in Norh Carolina. If only history was that straightforward.
