Bensen Ground Effect Machine

A surprising historical US Register cancellation update this week featured N73854, the one and only Ground Effect "Machine" built by the Bensen Gyro Company in 1962. Very little is known about the project other than that the aircraft was scrapped in 1970.

Its size would have been quite substantial as the FAA have classified it as "Fixed Wing - Multi Engine" and yet no photos exist .
